Shipping Rates & Policies — Achtung Club Sport (DDP for EU)

We move fast; carriers and customs sometimes don’t. All orders ship fully insured with tracking.

Where We Ship

  • United States: All 50 states.

  • European Union (DDP): All EU member states listed below.

  • Non-EU international: Japan.

  • P.O. Boxes (US only): Via USPS.

Processing Times

  • In-stock: 1–2 business days.

  • Made-to-order / limited runs: Up to 4-8 business days pre-ship.

  • Orders with multiple items may ship in separate boxes.

 


 

United States — Rates (USD)

Rates calculated at check-out.

European Union — Country-Based Rates (EUR, DDP Included)

We collect all VAT and duties at checkout (Delivered Duty Paid). No extra fees on delivery within the EU. Prices below are in EUR.

DDP Details (How fees are handled)

  • ≤ €150 order value: VAT collected at checkout under IOSS rules; duties typically not assessed.

  • > €150 order value: We prepay VAT and any applicable duties at checkout (DDP). You will not be charged by the carrier on delivery.

  • Refusals/undeliverable: Shipping charges and non-recoverable import costs can’t be refunded if a package is refused or the address is incorrect.

Notes

  • Remote areas may require an extra day or two.

  • Express cutoffs vary by country; orders ship on business days only.

 


 

Responsible Shipping

Where possible, we choose lower-emission options (ground legs, carrier carbon-neutral programs). These methods may add a day or two to delivery.

Order Tracking

You’ll receive tracking by email once your label is created. It can take up to 24 hours to update.

 


 

Returns & Exchanges

Return Window

  • US & EU: 30 days from delivery to request a return.

Condition

Items must be new, unused, unwashed, with original tags/packaging. Items marked Final Sale aren’t returnable. Non-compliant returns may be refused or incur a restocking fee.

How to Start a Return

United States

  1. Email hallo@achtungclubsport.com with your order number and items.

  2. We’ll send a prepaid label.

  3. Cost: $7.95 deducted from refund (waived for damaged/defective items and exchanges).

  4. Refunds post 3–5 business days after inspection.

European Union

  1. Email hallo@achtungclubsport.com with your order number and items.

  2. We’ll issue an RMA and the nearest return address.

  3. Return shipping: Customer-paid; use a tracked service. Original shipping and any DDP import costs are not refundable unless we made an error or the item was defective.

  4. Refunds post 3–5 business days after inspection.

Exchanges

  • US: Request an exchange in your return email; we ship the replacement once the original is scanned (inventory permitting).

  • EU: For fastest turnaround, place a new order and return the original for a refund.

Damaged/Defective

If something arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with photos and your order number—we’ll make it right.

 


 

FAQs

  • Can I change/cancel my order? If it hasn’t shipped, yes—email us ASAP.

  • Gifts: Refunds go to the original payment method; store credit available on request.

  • Holiday periods: Expect carrier/customs congestion—order early.
